1. General
The Floobs.com website is owned by Floobs inc. Users have limited right to use the website’s services according to these terms of use. Floobs may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms of Service and its policies at any time.

2. Floobs Website
These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Floobs Website, including users who are also contributors of video content, information, and other materials or services on the Website. The Floobs Website includes all aspects of Floobs.com, including but not limited to Floobs live video channels. The Floobs Website may contain videos of floobs.com users that are not owned or produced by Floobs. Floobs has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content submitted by its users. Floobs reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the Floobs Website at any time.

3. Floobs Accounts
In order to access some features of the Website, you will have to create a Floobs account. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information may lead to account termination. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You may never use another's account without permission. You must notify Floobs immediately of unauthorized use of your account. Floobs respect rights owners and expects its users to do that as well. Floobs is not actively monitoring the content submitted to its service. Floobs is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to content submitted by Floobs users. Floobs has a policy for reporting infringing content to Floobs. Floobs takes copyright and privacy violations seriously. Users are not allowed to use Floobs service to publish material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant Floobs all of the license rights granted herein. Accounts that are repeatedly used to publish infringing content will be terminated. Floobs may remove user submissions or block users’ access to the service in violation of these terms of use at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion. Floobs users retain all rights in User Submissions. However, by submitting User Submissions to Floobs, users grant Floobs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions in connection with the Floobs Website and Floobs's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Floobs Website (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. If videos are removed by the user or by Floobs, Floobs may retain, but not display, distribute, or perform, server copies of User Submissions that have been removed or deleted.

4. Privacy policy
Floobs is complying with Finnish data protection legislation when managing users’ personal information. Floobs has privacy policy available at: http://www.floobs.com/privacy.html.

5. Jurisdiction
You agree that: the Floobs Website shall be deemed solely based in Finland; and the Floobs Website shall be deemed a passive website that does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over Floobs, either specific or general, in jurisdictions other than Finland. These Terms of use shall be governed by the laws of Finland, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any claim or dispute between you and Floobs that arises in whole or in part from the Floobs Website shall be decided exclusively by a district court of Helsinki as first instance.
